1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Rank GEO Pro website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Rank GEO Pro provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services, including but not limited to:
- AI visibility audits and assessments
- Entity schema injection and optimization
- Content strategy for AI search engines
- Knowledge graph integration
- Ongoing AI citation monitoring
3. Service Agreements & Payment
Service fees are outlined in the pricing page and any separate service agreement. Payment terms vary by service level:
- One-time services require full payment upfront
- Monthly retainers are billed on the first of each month
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
4. Cancellations & Refunds
For one-time services such as the GEO Blueprint Audit, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the deliverable within the first 30 days, contact us for a discussion about revisions or potential refund considerations.
Monthly service agreements require 30 days written notice for cancellation.
5. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to provide services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Grant necessary access to analytics and website platforms
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
6. Performance & Results
We strive to deliver measurable results, but cannot guarantee specific rankings or outcomes. AI search engine algorithms and citation methods are controlled by third parties and change frequently. We will use industry best practices to optimize for AI visibility, but final citation decisions are made by AI systems.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and general knowledge remain the property of Rank GEO Pro.
You retain ownership of all content and materials you provide to us.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business details, strategies, or data with third parties except as required to provide our services or comply with legal requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rank GEO Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with proper notice. For monthly services, 30 days written notice is required. Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
